Ms. Beena Azam is a Senior Associate at Corporate and Legal Attorneys, focusing in Non-Banking Finance Companies (NBFCs). She brings expertise in drafting legal documents, handling regulatory responses, and providing legal opinions, while also managing various administrative responsibilities.
Before transitioning to the corporate sector, Ms. Beena gained significant litigation experience, drafting civil petitions and appearing before courts. She has also served as a court-appointed commissioner for cross-examinations.
Ms. Beena holds an LLB in Shariah and Law from the International Islamic University Islamabad (2023). In addition to her two degrees, she has earned three certificates in Arabic Language, reflecting her dedication to continuous learning and legal excellence.
Hijab E Zainab

Ms. Hijab E Zainab is a dedicated Legal Associate at Corporate and Legal Attorneys, where she plays a crucial role in assisting senior counsel with research and drafting, particularly in the domain of corporate law. Her expertise extends to various legal matters, including the winding up of companies, registration of INGOs, intellectual property, and real estate.
Before joining Corporate and Legal Attorneys, Ms. Hijab honed her skills at two renowned law firms, where she worked alongside senior lawyers on complex issues such as tax matters, demerger laws, arbitration laws, and constitutional laws. Her experience also includes drafting civil petitions and suits, showcasing her versatility and depth in legal practice.
Ms. Hijab’s legal journey includes a notable internship with the ICT Police Oversight Program, under the mentorship of the IG Islamabad Police. During this time, she observed police operations at various stations and compiled insightful reports on their activities. Ms. Hijab earned her LLB from the University of London External Programme in 2024, equipping her with a strong foundation to excel in her legal career.
Misbah Shahid
Associate Trainee
Ms. Misbah Shahid is an intern at Corporate and Legal Attorneys and a distinguished fourth-year law student at Fatima Jinnah Women University, where she has maintained a perfect 4.0 CGPA. Her academic excellence is complemented by her active engagement in the legal field.
Ms. Misbah has excelled in national and international moot court competitions, including the Willem C. VIS Moot on International Commercial Arbitration and the Jessup Moot Court Competition, earning awards like “Best Speaker” and “Best Memorial.” She has also moderated sessions with the Institute of Policy Studies and IBA, showcasing her leadership and expertise.
In addition to her legal studies, Ms. Misbah has completed courses in International Commercial Arbitration, Basic Taxation, and the Future of ADR in Pakistan. She is also dedicated to social advocacy, organizing a human rights awareness session for transgender individuals and authoring a research paper titled “Role of Hijab and Modesty in Islam” for Global Learning with Us.
